WARRANTY POLICY


All Hypergear bags ( except apparels and accessories ) are covered by a One-Year Warranty (from date of purchase) 

which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which include buckle, strap, zip, base, sewing. Others are subject to review and approval.


If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. 

Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, 

or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

  • Receive verification update on email.

  • *Warrantable products that are not registered are not eligible for warranty claim.

    WARRANTY CLAIM


    TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM


  • Find the hypergear.com.my Sales Order Number on the invoice/order confirmation email you received upon your order confirmation, or order number from other platforms that the purchase was made.
  • Browse to our page www.hypergear.com.my and go to Warranty Policy. Click on ‘warranty request form’. Fill up the form and submit. Our Customer Service Team will review your response within 3 working days.
  • Our Customer Service Team will update you with the return process details if your return request is approved.
  • GENERAL


    All shipping to the Warehouse Operation Department must be pre-paid and insured. Hypergear will not be liable for in-bound packages that are lost.


    For warranty claim , customer needs to send the product to Hypergear Warehouse address located at Balakong, Selangor; at their own cost. The return of the repaired/replacement product to customer will also be at customer own cost. Customer can choose to send and pick-up repaired/replacement product at Hypergear Warehouse, Balakong to avoid delivery fees.


    Returned goods must include all original tags. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than hypergear.com.my, please provide the Serial code of the product with the receipt of purchase.


    Our typical turn-around time to process warranty/replacement is 1-3 weeks after return item received, but time can vary based on workload and subject to stock availability.


    Warranty is only eligible for one (1) time claim.

    Warranty Claim for Discontinued Products


    Hypergear accept exchange of item for warranty claim of items that has been discontinued production.


    Discountinued items are ONLY exchangable with available products (at the time of exchange) of the same price according to price on Hypergear Official Website only.


    Price comparison have to follow total price paid when the purchase was made (price after discount if applicable)


    For item priced higher, add on payment for the price different is required.


    For item priced less, no refund will be given for the price different
