RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If You Change Your Mind

  • Return and exchange of colour & size for the same item is allowed but subject to stock availability.
  • Please notify us within 3 days upon receiving your item by contacting our customer service with your order number & product you wish to exchange.
  • All postage cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original price.
  • If exchanged item price is higher, add on payment for the price different is required.
  • You can click the button below to initiate a return request.

    Wrong item(s) received / Defect Product

  • If you find that wrong item(s) have been delivered (wrong item/colour/size) or the product received is faulty/defected, pls click on this link to initiate return request.
    Please notify our Customer Service or submit return request within 14 day(s) after the item is received.
  • Your return request will be reviewed and our Customer Service will reach you out within 3 working day(s) Please note that the goods should be in the good condition with all product tags intact. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
  • General

  • If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange/return.
  • Our typical turn-around time to process exchange is 1-3 weeks after return item received, but time can vary based on workload and subject to stock availability.
  • ALL Hypergear LIMITED/PROMOTION/PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Although we do not charge a restocking fee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee.
  • While you are welcome to use any shipping service you wish, we recommend opting for the most cost effective one that will provide you with a tracking number.
  • Wear and tear from customer’s end are not allowed for exchange or refund.
  • Hypergear Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Refund Process

    For return and refund request that has been approved :

    Credit Card Refund
    We will attempt refund using same payment gateway that the customer use to make the purchase.

    Debit/Online Payment Refund
    We will attempt to transfer refund amount directly to customer’s bank account. Our customer service will reach out to the customer to request for the details required.

    Refund process will take between 7 to 14 working days.

    Hypergear Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter these policies at any time without prior notice.In case of disputes, the decision of HYPERGEAR MALAYSIA SDN BHD shall be final.
