Sometimes products sell so fast that an order is taken before the inventory on our website has a chance to catch up. We update inventory frequently to avoid this as much as possible, but occasionally, it happens and we’re sorry!

When this happens, we immediately try to order a replacement directly from the manufacturer and will inform you as soon as we can. 

However, if the manufacturer doesn’t have it either, the item will be cancelled and you will have the option to replace with another item at the same value or a refund.

Missing your order number ?

If you don’t know your order number, please contact us and give us your first name, last name, email address, shipping address and order date. 

We’ll do our best to find your order number and email it back to you.

When will my order be shipped ?

1. For Ready Stock Item.

We ship almost all of our packages within 1-3 working days from the time that the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

2. For Pre-Order Item.

Estimated stock arrival for pre-order item is stated on the respective product page.

Tracking shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive my parcel

Trying to find your package?

Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off.

Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbours, housemates, concierges, and co-workers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.

Please note that in some cases we must file a carrier claim and a refund will not be issued until the completion of the carrier investigation.

If your package still hasn’t turned up 1 day after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact our customer service.

How will I know if you have successfully received my order ?

Once your payment is successful and order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order number usually within a few hours.

Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.

If you have not received the order confirmation email from us within a few hours, do contact our customer service for assistance.

How to place an order on website ?

First, you can select 'Add to Cart' and second select 'Checkout' .

Then, you are required to fill in own information such as e-mail, name, shipping address and telephone number. After filling own information, you can select 'Continue to Shipping' .

Next, select 'Continue to Payment' . After that, you are required to select your billing address either same as shipping address or use a different billing address.

After selecting the billing address, select 'Complete Order' for proceeding to payment stage. At payment stage, you can select FPX (Online Banking) to make payment.

Finally, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail after paying. Hope that helps.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped ?

You will receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email with the courier tracking number once your order is being processed. 

You may use the tracking number to track your parcel on our courier partner tracking site.

Can I change my order after it has been placed ?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can make changes upon request. 

Please contact our customer service team within 1-2 hours of placing your order to request any necessary adjustments.

How long is the shipping period?

We aim to deliver your shipment within 2 to 4 working days for West Malaysia and 4 to 7 working days for East Malaysia.

However, please note that we use a third-party courier service for deliveries and any delays are outside our control.

If your shipment is delayed beyond the stated period, please inform us, and we will do our utmost to liaise with the courier service to resolve the issue.

How do I get discount for first time purchase ?

To get promo code for your first purchase, you need to sign up and register an account at our website .

After that you will receive e-mail with the promo code and you can use the code during check-out on our HypergearMalaysia online store to enjoy the discount.

Is self pick-up available ? 

We regret to inform you that self-pickup is not available for online orders. 

Instead, we ship all orders through our trusted courier partner.

Do Hypergear provide COD service ?

Hypergear do not provide COD service as of now. 

Orders and payment can be made online on our official website, or you can walk in to our retail stores.

Do you have any waterproof bags for wet clothes?

We recommend using Dry Bag to keep your wet clothes in.

How to wash windbreaker?

Windbreaker - Sunscreen Skin

Material : 100% Terylene

Hand wash is preferable.

If using washing machine, must put into washing net with zip on gentle cycle.

Is the Windbreaker Jacket waterproof ?

Our windbreaker is water resistant.

Is the Dry Pac Lite 15L comes together with the small pouch ?

Yes, the small pouch should be attached together with the bag.

What’s the difference between Dry Bag Lite 2L and Dry Bag Q 2L ?

The differences between both of the bag is durability.

For Dry Bag Lite 2L is thin and lightweight material and highly versatile for activities like outdoor, watersports, travel, or casual use while for Dry Bag Q 2L use thinner material for light weight and simple waterproof, not for durability or heavy duty usage.
