3 PLY construction of face cover
The first layer is the Virus and Bacteria Elimination Layer. This layer is made of Neoprene waterproof material with QUANTUM ION Antimicrobial Coating Technology. It will destroy airborne allergens such as virus, bacteria, odours and a Total Volatile Organic Compound. The second layer is the Particle Protection Layer which filters out the particle pollution such as solid and liquid found in the air. The third layer is also a Virus and Bacteria Elimination Layer. However, it is made from high evaporative PVA with QUANTUM ION Antimicrobial Coating Technology. This layer doubles up the protection and it destroys the virus and bacteria permanently.

How does Quantum-ION Technology work?
QUANTUM- ION is a liquid solution, once coated or bonded onto the reusable face cover, it eliminates airborne allergens such as viruses, bacteria, odours & Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs) permanently. A micron (μm) is a unit of measure in a unit system equal to 1 millionth of a meter (m). The average cross-section of human hair is 50 μm. The human eyes cannot see anything smaller than 40 μm. Thus, QUANTUM- ION is even smaller than the viruses so that the five active ingredients of QUANTUM-ION can eliminate all the airborne allergens, especially viruses within one minute. It also provides constant 24 hours disinfection, and reduces cross infection.

2. Gently swirl and knead the face cover in the water.
3. Gently rinse with clean water.
4. Briefly dry the face cover off with a towel.
