What need to bring for a hike?

First, an important thing is waterproof bag. It can be a dry bag, waist pouch or backpack that can help you to keep your stuff. Then, list down the things you need and you want. Then, a cell phone can help release you out in case of emergency, and if you have a smart phone it can multitask as your compass, distance tracker, mapper, and so on. In order to keep your cell phone safe, keep it in the waterproof bag.

Then, nothing worse than coming home to arms and legs covered in bug bites (Steve, 2020) so bring along your bug spray. and you may also bring the first aid kit in case you may get injured in the trip. Beside this, bring some water and food to provide energy to you. You should be drinking 1 liter of water every two hours as a rough guideline (Steve, 2020). Depend on this you can judge how much of water you could bring in your trip. However, it also depend on your hiking environment and your needs. Great food to bring is nuts and fruits.
